      Not to worry if you have changed your mind with any of your purchases, simply return your items back to us within 30 days of your items being delivered to you and in the same condition that you received them. All we ask is you cover the cost of the postage.
      Once we have received your item, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we have received your returned item. Once your item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.



      We try our best to get your order right and protect your items so they get to you in the best condition. If, however, you receive a damaged or faulty item or it doesn't match the description given at the time you purchased it, please feel free to return them to us within 30 days of receiving them.

      We will action an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your item. Of course, we wont expect you to pay for additional postage and will cover this for you.


      If you are returning an item back to us, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
